At GiGi New York, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your selection, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective dust bags are included to maintain product integrity.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
